Processing Time:

  • For COLLECTION releases, orders are usually fulfilled and ready to ship within 2 days of purchased. 
  • CUSTOM jewelry is made to order, which means that each piece is crafted just for you.
  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing before your order is shipped. Depending on the complexity of your design and our current order volume, some items may be completed sooner.

Shipping:

  • Once your order is ready, we will ship it using the shipping method you select at checkout.
  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options. The delivery time will depend on the shipping service chosen. 
  • Standard shipping usually take 1-2weeks, Expedited can be days to 1 week.  
  • Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location, and any potential delays caused by the carrier (such as weather or holidays) are out of our control.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

International Shipping:

  • We are happy to ship internationally! International shipping times may vary depending on the destination, and customs delays are possible.
  • Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
